6. Communication & Language Policy
As part of its international and multilingual consulting activity, Euskal Conseil regularly works in English, French and Spanish.
Although English-language consulting services are available, Euskal Conseil wishes to specify that written English communication is currently preferred for most professional exchanges.
While English is fully understood and used professionally in written communication, oral fluency may not always reflect the same level of precision as written exchanges. Therefore, whenever possible, strategic discussions, technical recommendations, project instructions, validations and operational follow-up should preferably be conducted in writing (email, messaging or shared documents).
Video meetings and oral discussions may still be organized depending on the nature of the assignment and the client’s needs.
This working methodology helps ensure:
greater clarity,
accurate strategic communication,
better traceability of exchanges,
reduced misunderstanding risks,
and higher overall project consistency in multilingual environments.
Euskal Conseil remains committed to providing professional, transparent and high-quality consulting services to international clients.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to services fully executed before the end of the legal withdrawal period or to services that began with the client’s prior express consent.
By validating an order, the client expressly agrees that service execution may begin immediately and acknowledges waiver of withdrawal rights once work has started.

Privacy-Friendly Analytics
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics solution.
No invasive advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies are used.
No personal data is sold or commercially exploited.
SEO & GEO FAQ – Privacy, Analytics, WordPress Plugins and AI Visibility
Why can Plausible Analytics be more SEO and GDPR friendly than Google Analytics 4 (GA4)?
Plausible Analytics was designed as a lightweight, privacy-focused analytics solution that operates without invasive tracking or advertising cookies.
Unlike Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Plausible:
does not require complex cookie banners in many configurations,
does not rely on advertising ecosystems,
collects far less personal data,
and generates significantly lighter scripts.
From a GDPR perspective, this is important because European regulations increasingly emphasize:
transparency,
minimization of data collection,
informed consent,
and user privacy protection.
GA4, while extremely powerful, is often associated with:
heavier JavaScript execution,
multiple third-party requests,
advertising-related tracking logic,
and more complex compliance requirements.
Can Plausible improve website performance compared to GA4?
Very often, yes.
Plausible’s script is extremely lightweight compared to Google Analytics 4 and many advertising-related tracking systems.
This may improve:
page loading speed,
Core Web Vitals,
rendering performance,
mobile experience,
and crawl efficiency.
Google officially considers page speed and user experience signals as ranking factors.
A technically lighter website may therefore:
load faster,
be easier to crawl,
consume less crawl budget,
and provide cleaner HTML structures for search engines and AI crawlers.
Why can excessive tracking scripts negatively affect SEO and GEO?
Modern websites often accumulate:
analytics scripts,
marketing trackers,
cookie consent managers,
social media embeds,
popups,
and automation plugins.
This may create:
render-blocking resources,
slower page execution,
heavier DOM structures,
JavaScript overload,
and unnecessary complexity for crawlers.
Search engines and AI systems increasingly analyze:
technical simplicity,
page clarity,
semantic structure,
and loading performance.
Overloaded websites may become:
harder to crawl,
harder to interpret,
and less efficient for AI indexing systems.
Can WordPress plugins affect indexing quality?
Yes.
WordPress itself is not a problem for SEO. However, excessive plugin usage may negatively impact:
performance,
crawlability,
semantic clarity,
and technical cleanliness.
Some plugins generate:
duplicated code,
unnecessary CSS,
excessive JavaScript,
dynamic rendering issues,
or automatically generated low-value pages.
This may reduce:
page speed,
indexing efficiency,
and overall website trust signals.
AI-powered search systems also prefer:
cleaner HTML,
structured semantic content,
stable architecture,
and readable page structures.
