3. Orders and Contract Validation

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are expressed in euros (€).

VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Payments may be made through:

Services begin only after full payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed contractually.

For subscription-based services, billing occurs automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.

5. Service Delivery

Services are performed according to the timeline mutually agreed upon with the client.

The client agrees to provide all necessary information required for proper project execution.

Any substantial modification requested after project validation may result in:

• timeline adjustments,

• additional fees,

• or a revised quotation.

Euskal Conseil reserves the right to refuse any assignment:

• outside its field of expertise,

• incompatible with ethical professional standards,

• or preventing proper working conditions.

6. Communication & Language Policy

As part of its international and multilingual consulting activity, Euskal Conseil regularly works in English, French and Spanish.

Although English-language consulting services are available, Euskal Conseil wishes to specify that written English communication is currently preferred for most professional exchanges.

While English is fully understood and used professionally in written communication, oral fluency may not always reflect the same level of precision as written exchanges. Therefore, whenever possible, strategic discussions, technical recommendations, project instructions, validations and operational follow-up should preferably be conducted in writing (email, messaging or shared documents).

Video meetings and oral discussions may still be organized depending on the nature of the assignment and the client’s needs.

This working methodology helps ensure:

• better traceability of exchanges,

• reduced misunderstanding risks,

• and higher overall project consistency in multilingual environments.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to services fully executed before the end of the legal withdrawal period or to services that began with the client’s prior express consent.

By validating an order, the client expressly agrees that service execution may begin immediately and acknowledges waiver of withdrawal rights once work has started.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

Euskal Conseil provides services on a professional best-effort basis.

However, Euskal Conseil cannot guarantee:

• specific Google rankings,

• AI visibility,

• indexing behavior,

• lead generation,

• traffic volume,

• conversion rates,

• commercial performance,

• or business revenue results.

Search engine rankings, AI visibility and digital performance depend on constantly evolving third-party algorithms beyond Euskal Conseil’s control.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Google,

• Bing,

• Gemini,

• ChatGPT,

• Claude,

• Perplexity,

• SearchGPT,

• and other AI-powered discovery systems.

No guarantee of rankings, indexing, AI citation behavior or commercial performance is expressed or implied.

The client remains solely responsible for:

• implementing recommendations,

• operational decisions,

• advertising budgets,

• website administration,

• and business strategy execution.

Euskal Conseil shall not be held liable for:

• indirect damages,

• financial losses,

• algorithmic changes,

• hosting failures,

• cybersecurity incidents caused by third parties,

• or force majeure events.

9. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) refers to optimization strategies designed for AI-powered discovery systems and conversational search environments.

These systems may include:

• ChatGPT,

• Gemini,

• Claude,

• Perplexity,

• SearchGPT,

• AI Overviews,

• and other large language model ecosystems.

Because AI technologies continuously evolve, Euskal Conseil cannot guarantee:

• inclusion in AI-generated answers,

• citation frequency,

• semantic visibility,

• or recommendation behavior within generative systems.

GEO strategies are provided according to current industry knowledge and evolving best practices.

10. Cancellation Policy

For one-time consulting services, no refund shall be issued once the service has begun.

For recurring subscriptions, cancellation may be requested at any time with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the next billing cycle.
